Q. How late can I check in?

Your reservation is guaranteed by your credit card and we will hold your room for the night of arrival.

Q. What is the parking situation?

The hotel has limited car parking spaces, so please confirm with reception.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A.

Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival, but please contact us should you need to cancel your reservation. Cancellations are required at least 3 day prior scheduled arrival, as cancellation penalties may apply.

Q. What TV service does the hotel offer?

A.

We have flat screen TVs in every room with a selection of international channels.

Q. Is Internet available?

A.

Yes, FREE Wi-Fi is available in every room and around the hotel. We have made it a point to make sure every room gets a strong signal with fast Wi-Fi speeds. Just ask at reception for the password.

Q. What hours is reception open?

We have someone working at reception 24-7 to make sure we can help with any issues or concerns.

Q. Is there a transportation service?

We can arrange conducted tours of the island or trips to selected places. We can also arrange car hire.

Q. Are there bikes we can rent?

Yes there are available bikes for rent, the prices depend for how many days the rental is required, more information please ask at the reception.

Q. Can we store luggage at the hotel?

We are happy to store your luggage for you from check-out until you depart for the airport.

Q. Are there laundry facilities?

At the moment we do not offer a laundry service, but facilities are available locally.

Q. Will my room have a hairdryer?

Every room is equipped with a hairdryer.

Q. Is there an iron in the room?

No, but there is a room with iron and ironing board for guests to use free of charge.

Q. Do you have gluten-free or vegetarian options for breakfast?

Yes, we offer both gluten-free and vegetarian breakfast dishes. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like a gluten-free or vegetarian option for your breakfast.

Q. How far is it to the seafront?

It is just a 7-minute walk to the main seafront area – the Finikoudes.

Q. Is there an inter-city bus service?

Yes, buses run quite regularly from the seafront and other locations to Nicosia and Limassol. Check with reception for times.

Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is until 12 pm.

Yes, we accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Q. Is there a lift in the hotel?

Yes, a lift accesses all floors.

Q. Do you have a meeting room available?

Yes, there is an air conditioned room available for meetings which can hold up to 8-10 people. Bookings are requested.

Q. Are there medical facilities nearby?

Yes, excellent public and private hospitals are quite close, and there is a wide choice of doctors and dentists in the immediate area.

You can change your currency for local currency at the airport, banks, and forex exchange centres.
